I am excited about taking the first step to helping myself with my weight again. I had lost 90 lbs about 12 years ago, then I had a car accident that left me with physical limitations. My Father passed away and life happens. I have gained all the weight back and need to lose it to help with the level of pain that I am in.
My question is this, since I can not do any form of workouts not even walking, does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do? I am waiting on back surgery and until I have the surgery even walking is out because of the pain level and the fact that after about 3 minutes I will be tripping with my left leg.
