    Inaccuracies in Nutrition Log Calculations?

     HI.

I'm working hard to stay within my targets.  However, today's menus are short on calories but bumping against the limits on fat/sat.fats.  So I added 1 apple, and the nutrition log calculated it as having added 1 fat gram, which put me over the top.

I clicked on the "apple, 1 medium, with skin" link in my snack menu for today, and the nutrition facts provided by Alli show there is NO fat in an apple.

Can you help me?  I'm a bit frustrated!

    Thanks.

    First, LOVE your profile photo!!

Now, I wouldn't worry about being "over the top" with the fat grams. The phantom fat gram won't give you TE, since it really doesn't have fat. Put a note in your journal about why the total is over and go on from there. The calorie and fat gram goals is more of a guideline. You will be successfull with alli even if you stray from it a bit. There are some of us who have NEVER kept a food journal (we just guestimated the counts) and were able to lose weight. Others want more structure, and that's good, too. But you know that you didn't consume that fat gram, so you're OK...

    Good luck!
