    Re: mini trampolins.....

    Hi bec130,

Thanks for writing.  Although exercising on mini trampolines may not be specifically on the activity list, I would encourage you to look it up on the internet.  There are many websites that give you caloric expenditure for certain activities, such as ivillage.com.  Search the web and see what you come up with.  If you have any additional questions or concerns re: health and fitness, please feel free to post a message!

    Best in health,

    Re: mini trampolins.....

bec130 - I also have a mini-tramp, and I love it.  It has a little screen attached that tells me how long I've been exercising, how many steps I've taken, and how many calories I've burned.  I use the exercises in the instructional manual (warm up - 20 reps, workout - 20 reps followed by 10 reps, cool down - 20 reps, and however many minutes of jogging to make my workout equal 20 minutes). According to the monitor, this burns over 300 calories. I hope this helps you.

    Re: mini trampolins.....

    Hi dvokm5,

Thanks for writing and for the information!  Jumping on the mini-tramp burns a lot of calories per minute... of course, it is all based upon your height, weight, and the intensity at which you're exercising!

Whatever workout you're performing, always challenge yourself by increasing intensity and/or duration frequently.  Again, there are many resources, internet sites and software programs out there that will give you an estimate based upon your personal information and fitness level, how many calories that you're burning for the exercise you're performing!

    Best of luck!

    Kelli
