    Carol Joy - "Happy Belated Birthday"  to a great gal!    I know you had a wonderful day!  (Have you really tried Botox and Restalyn??) 

    There just seems to be so many of us "Moon Children" around.  I just went to an "outdoor" luncheon party where four of us celebrated our mutual JULY birthdays.  Mine is coming up this Saturday.  Like I said, my medicare card came in the mail a couple of weeks ago.  I can't believe I'm this old!

    Since I live in FL, I'm not much into this outdoor activity.  Today I worked 80 miles from my usual work location so I'm glad I got in a 1/2 hr. elliptical workout.

    Kelley - Running after your gall bladder surgery?  It sounds strenous so soon after the surgery.  I hope you're okay.

    30 minutes on exercise bike this morning

    20 minute walk outside..... can you believe it.....outside ......with hubby late this evening (I couldn't make it 10 more minutes because my back was really hurting.)  Speaking of my back, yesterday, I sent off for a "Yoga for Back Care" DVD.  I'm determined now!

    Lynn- Happy birthday early, in case I forget by Saturday! I can't believe that tomorrow I'll be eligible for for a senior discount in some places... I burned my AARP card when they first started sending them to me at 50, but I'm getting more accepting now... I guess as long as people keep guessing I'm 10 years younger than I really am, I'll just continue to enjoy the savings!

    Thurs was a rough day.  Got call at work that the daycare think the rash my son, chris, had under his arm was shingles,& that my dghtr cristal had a fever. Made them doctors appt that day. 1/2 hr b4 dr appt, get call from skating rink that my 10 yr old, shawn fell & can't stand up. Pick him up & hubby carries him to van.  go to dr appt......Chris had a heat rash, cristal had/has bladder infection, and shawn had to go to er for xrays. At er til 1230am (i get up for work at 530) and he has a fracture in ankle.  He was casted. WOW...thurs was so much fun.

    Stats day 5:

    outdoor: 45 power walk (4725 steps) - 1pt

    indoor: crunchless abs cardio dvd 35min - 1pt

    cal/fat: 1820/35 - 1pt?
