First off- I would like to say that I am totally new to this site and program. I am loving it, but I am really busy!
Obviously my biggest reward is that I FEEL so much different now- even before my first check in- than I did before I started the meal plan program.
My question is- How much logging in do you have to do to be elligible for the rewards?
I follow the meal plan as closely as I can and try to log in to update it as much as possible. But I have small kids and a lot going on at home and cannot fix every entry. One days entry has me eating TWO dinners and that put me over 2,200 calories when I really only ate 1520! The site reccomends that I eat 1600, but I lowered it myself to 1400, just so if I go over, I don't stress too much.
Anyway - Now I find that there is an activity log too. I'm having a hard enough time keeping up with the meal log, I just can't keep up with an activity log too. I get no less than 48 minutes on my treadmill each day, spread throuout the day-plus all the housework that I work hard at. (Squats and lunges while un-loading the dishwasher, yard work, sweeping and mopping nightly that kind of thing.) And half the time I write it all in a journal anyway and just can't spare the time to transfer the info into the computer after already writing it once.
So I guess I just want to know - Are the rewards based on logging every meal and activity as well as check-in's or just progress found during the check-in's?
