    Music Reward Coupon Not Working

    I just got my free music reward so I went to Rhapsody to redeem my reward coupon and when I entered the code I was given I got the message that that coupon had already been used. When I double check and go to "My Account" on their site and click on "Credits" it says I do not have any credits.

     That exact same thing happened to me and when I emailed about it I was told I would have to call.  I didn't.  Too much of a hassle.
