    2nd week weigh- in

     Hello ALLI peoples! I am a little late with my posting but I've been on a busy schedule this week and have not had the time to log in . Well since Tuesday was my weigh-in, as of that date I am down 2pds as of then, which has me now at 203pds I'm not not that far from mini goal.  So to all the newbies, please believe it works and just take each day at a time.

    MG 200 well really 199 so, thats 4 pds I'm hoping for on next Tuesday

     Hello,

    I just did my second week weigh-in  and I have lost a total of 11 pds since I started Alli on June 27th. This experiance has been great so far and I can't wait to see what other results I will get along the way.

    I am having a little trouble with the treatment affects this week , but I think that alot of it has to do with it being a holiday weekend recently. I stayed under my Cal and Fat but still got the affects.

    This next week will be alot better though.

     Hi!  I'm working on my second week and had a few questions.  You seem to be loosing fast.  Do you stay with the 19 grams of fat per meal or are you usually under that?  I seem to have problems with reaching that at every meal.  Thanks and congrats on your weight loss.
