See now, that doesn't make sense as to why I was asked to switch to the next phase. My goal weight is 150 - that is still 86 pounds away. So the initial phase only takes you xxx amount of weeks through the program and then you switch to the nextphase OR you restart? this is my understanding. Also, a person who was on the nextphase said that the check-in's were every two weeks and you say that they should be every week. Is there anywhere on the site that we can get more information about the nextphase and what all it will entail? Like is the exercise going to progress more or what? Don't get me wrong, I think it's great because it's helping us progress, but I'd like more information.
One good thing, I switched over last week, and in the course of last week, with the increase exercise, I lost an additional 3 pounds!!!
