I have a friend who is doing the metabolic diet and is taking a supplement that has 3,6,9 omega's and this is suppose to help her not have loose skin while she loses weight, is this true?
Hello. I am not aware of any evidence to support omega fatty acid supplementation in the prevention of loose skin after losing weight. While it is healthy to get a good amount of omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids in your diet, I am doubtful it will make a difference for this purpose.
