UNABLE TO LOG-IN TO MYALLIPLAN THE PAST TWO DAYS..MESSAGE SITE ERROR...WHAT HAPPENING?

 Delete your cookies ... "log out" of your myALli plan, reboot your pc then log back into Alli.

 I also have not been able to log in to my alli plan for two days.    I have tried at home and at work.  what the heck is going on....

 Hi Mrs B. I am finally getting in here to post this. I have not been able to login at all since last Saturday. I did everything I knew including your recommendations and nothing worked. When I tried to login the system moved extremely slowly and, when it finally connected (took about 5 minutes) it went to a system error page saying that the site could not be accessed and that I should check my connection. Well, I knew it was this site because I could get to other sites without a problem. Is it possible that this site has so many people on it that their system tends to slow way down when there are a lot of people on? I was very frustrated because I really enjoy getting to the message boards daily. This is my way of obtaining the support I need to lose the weight. Anyway, it looks like maybe something got fixed as I was finally able to get on here today. I just hope that they update their system soon. I believe that is why I could not even login.

There were some technical server issues two days ago, but everything was up and running yesterday.

We were unable to replicate this issue yesterday, but some additional updates were made and the site should now be running optimally for everyone.

I still can not get into the system ... been trying three or four times a day for almost the past week ... tried at work and at home ... still no luck ... anyother suggestions on what to do 

 Try going to the top of this page and selected "sign out". Clear your cache, then go to www.myalli.com and select "sign in". Enter your info and see if you have any better luck.

As far as "this" website - it was down last night ... I tried various pc's at home .. could get into any other site on the internet but got an error from "myAlli.com" - guess that was telling me to go do something else (like go to bed ??)

SOOO here I am at work hahaha  gotta get my fix.

 Okay, so I did what was recommended. I emptied out my cache, logged out of myalli.com, restarted my computer and logged in again. Guess what, this is the message I got: Server Error

"We’re sorry, but myalli.com is experiencing an error. Please try again at a later time. return to home".

I can access this area but not the area I need to login the food I eat daily. This is getting ridiculous. I even went to the sight that you suggested and it says that the site is running. So, why can I login but can't get to the area of the site where I need to put my food intake in?

Sorry for the inconvenience. This seems to be a server error that not everyone is experiencing. Please try signing in again as it has now been fixed.

 That's okay, I just get frustrated when the computer malfunctions! Seems to test my patience a bit more than usual. It is all back up and running now! Thanks.
