How Do I Determine My Activity Level

Hiding somewhere in the website is a chart showing recommended calories, based on weight, gender and activity level.  The chart begins to explain what the various activity levels mean and then, literally, leaves off in the middle of the sentence.  I assume there was an explanation or a link coming.  (Yoo hoo! Website editor! Glaring error!)  Additionally, on the page for editing goals, there is an option to select my activity level, but, again, no explanation of what is light, moderate or heavy.  Am I supposed to come to this board, outline my activity level, get you to tell me and then come back any time my activity level changes significantly and ask again?  Doesn't that seem inefficient to you?  Don't you think that every time the website treats activity level as a significant piece of information it should have a link to a chart outlining the activity levels?  At the very least, how about a sticky topic on your forum providing the information?

Re: How Do I Determine My Activity Level

    Hi mirsl,

I'm sorry to hear about the site glitch- I'll be sure to look into this for you. Did you recieve an alli booklet with your purchase?  The activity levels are explained in there as well, in detail.

However, because you have a specific question, why don't you tell me what exercise you are performing, for how long and at what intensity (where are you getting your heart rate to during the exercise?) With this information, I can help you determine whether you should classify the activity at light, moderate or heavy.  I'm happy to help in the meantime. Just let me know.

    Good Luck,

    Paul
