Today I feel GREAT!!!

Today I reached my goal weight of 170lbs.  When I started alli in December I weighed 253lbs.  I am 6ft tall with hypothyroidism and a spinal injury from my time in the service and have struggled with my weight since I started have major spinal surgeries that left me bed ridden for 6 months to a year at a time.

Alli has been GREAT!!!

I recommend it to and and everybody!!!

 How wonderful is THAT! Congratulations!  I hope you come and visit Alli soon and read this  response. I would love to hear your journey.  I weight 270 and my goal is 135.  I just began this past Saturday...so far so good.  I could use a strong person who has "been there done that."  I am so happy for you....I think so much of such an accomplishment.  You GO GIRL! I do not know all the ends and out of the system yet especially this communication part. SO I will leave it short.  You DID IT!

I have spine surgery again in August, so I fear this journey will have to be repeated after a long recovery (6-12 months).  I know you can do it because I did it!  I have NEVER gone a diet before in my life.  Yet after mulitple surgeries and my thyroid stopped working well, the doctors said I would have trouble for the rest of my life.  Nothing feels better than to prove to them that I could do it!
