I don't know how this is possible. I was confused, like many others, about the second check in screen when you check in. If you change your starting weight there, the encouraging weight loss graphs and bars go away. So I put it back to my original starting weight, and then changed my goal weight to where I really want to be. The system suggests I should not enter a goal weight of so many pounds. My SW 169, my GW 135. I did it anyway because I have already reached my initial goal weight of 161. When I did that, suddenly the system is saying I have no calorie deficit and don't need any exercise. LOL! I surely do! My suggested calorie intake does not recalculate with the information I've entered.
I'm by no means a computer newbie, yet I'm very confused about the check in process and how to do this right.
Also, I am not able to get any detail about steps beyond step two. I started on June 18th. I should be able to get to steps one, two, three and four by now, but can't.
Last but not least, website performance has been horrible since you implemented the recent changes. Sometimes I can't log in at all. O Other times, I get error messages when trying to post information. Sometimes I can't even access my meal plan.
It's getting a little frustrating.
Help please.
