When during meals is the best time to take Alli...

The enclosed information (as the bottle) state "Take with food," but not specific.  Is is best to take Alli just before you start eating your meal, 1/2 way through your meal or right after you finish.

As I am diligently working hard to lose weight, I want to be sure I am getting the best results from Alli as possible.

    Thank you,

    Misty J.

Re: When during meals is the best time to take Alli...

    Hi Misty,

Alli is effective for 2 hours which allows flexibility in dosing.  You can take Alli up to 1 hour before, during, or upto 1 hour after a meal and it will be effective.  It is suggested to be taken with the meal as a reminder to take the dose and as a motivator to stay within your caloric and fat gram guidelines.

    Hope this helps.

i am also so glad someone asked that and am quite releived at the answer. there have been a couple times where i've sat down to eat (some days are rather a rush) and 1/2 way through my meal realized i forgot my alli pill and took it anyway, hoping and praying it would still be effective. =D

    thanks for the post!
