The thing about weight loss for most of us using alli is that we are very good at yo-yo diets. Something will work for awhile then we reach a plateau or some life experience causes us to get off track and next thing you know is you have gained back what you lost (and sometimes more).
It's happened to me. With alli I just keep going back to the basics. I've been using this product off and on for almost a year and I am ever so slowly losing weight. Some weeks I'm up, some weeks I stay the same, and some weeks I'm down. Fortunately, I am going down more than I am going up (or staying the same).
The best advice I can offer is to start planning meals and set small goals. I mean like to make it through lunch, then to make it through dinner, then to make it the whole day. Don't beat yourself up when you falter...just get back on the plan and remind yourself that this is a life change.
Good luck!
