I tried, but can't stand the fat free half & half... I am still on the leaded version. Regular mayo doesn't agree with me (MAYO=BAD)... But I am going to try the low fat because I can't live without mayo.
My favorite thing lately has to be fat free yogurt with fresh strawberries, banana's and/or blueberries. I also do the yogurt with some Kashi cereal since getting the reccommended Fiber is a problem for me.
I am not a breakfast person, so I usually chug a protein shake in the AM and call it done. I am more of a 10 AM snacker (but that is what works for me). Hope that helps - everyone is different ;-)
