     I`m taking evening primrose oil for hot flashes can I continue or is alli taking it out of my body.I take 1 cap in a.m. and 1 in afternoon

    You might take the two capsules at bedtime - when you take the multi vitamin - so there is less chance of interference from the alli capsules.
