I was wondering if I need to wait a certain period of time between each pill.  I eat breakfast around 9 AM, but sometimes the only time for my lunch break is around 11:30 or noon (depending on how busy it is at work).  Since this is only about 2.5 to 3 hrs after I take the first pill, is there any danger in taking a second Alli around 11:30 AM if I took the first pill at 9 AM?  I understand that there is a limit on 3 Alli pills a day, but is there also a certain amount of time we should wait between each pill?  Thank you.

Each Alli dose should be spaced at least 2 hours apart.  The time between breakfast and lunch are fine.  Be sure to be having a snack though in the afternoon, to keep your energy up and body fueled, and not to overdo it with dinner.
