I am really really nervous to try this. I just bought the pills last night, and I am planning on taking one for lunch and one for dinner. I have tons of panty liners in my purse cuz I am at work (I can go to the bathroom at time I want, easy to access). Here is my outline for eating:
Breakfast:
1% Milk-Instant Carnation Breakfast-Banana Total of 4.5grams of fat (I don't think I need an alli pill, do I?)
Lunch:
Weight Watchers Smart Ones Creamy Rigatoni with Broccoli & Chicken 8 grams - Strawberry Applesauce 0mg - Propel Mix In 0 grams Total of 8 grams of fat (Should I start taking alli with lunch?)
Dinner:
Not sure just yet
Do you think I will have any treatment effects? I am nervous hahaha.
