Well iam  on my 2-3 week on Alli, I have notice an improvement on my skin with my acne. Iam 26 yrs-old...soon to be 27 in dec. I have adult acne, I never had it as a teenager but after my first child, I got acne. I started to notice clearer skin,  I wanted to know if the result is true for others ..or is it just me>? if anyone out here can let me know if he/she has  the same effect let me know.  sandy~!

 I noticed clearer skin too- but I just figured that it was because I am eating better. I have cut out all the un-healthy fats and the high sugar sodas from my diet and guessed that that was the reason. IDK?! Obviously you are trying to eat better too, right?

I think Baykat is right....by eating more healthy foods...cutting out all the fat and grease we we used to consume, our skin is loving it...My skin is much more even and clearer.....its definitely got to do with all the water, healthy food & exercise we've been doing with our new lifestyle change. congrats on the 4lbs! and good luck on the next 4!  It has to do with drinking lots of water.  Water does wonderful things for your body.

 I would drink lot's of water before and I still had bad skin.  Now since I cut the fats out my skin is looking a lot better.  i think it has to be the fat that I was consuming.  But it is a nice side effect.
