Hi mom4hockey!
I know about the super busy schedule! I have two boys and baseball season is a nightmare!
I've found keeping microwaveable meals in the freezer is a big help. Also, when cooking, make extra, especially chicken breast. You can make a salad, put in some chicken, add dressing and you have a meal that can be taken with you on the run.
I was able to stick to the plan AND lose weight during baseball season by keeping chicken breast cooked in the fridge.
I was at a ballfield 5 nights a week.
Bring fresh fruit and/or veggies with you to keep you from hitting the concession stand.
Also, get a big insulated mug to bring your water with you. You'd be surprised how much water you'll drink while at a practice or game.
