    Re: calorie intake

That sounds a little unusual -- unless you have dramatically increased your activity output.  Did you get the 1,200 calories from registration with the myalliplan; or did you calculate that yourself?  In any event, I think you should post this on the Technical assistance message board; OR call the TA number listed on the homepage of the message boards.

Yes, the calorie levels are sometimes increased if someone is losing weight too fast, and/or their activity level is very intense.

    I hope this helps.

I got the calories from the registration with myalli plan, and iam not losing weight too fast, but my activity level has gone up a little to 45min wlking/jogging at 3/4.3mph 3 days a week.

thank you for responding my question, I will contact technical assistance as you suggest. But i will still keep doing 1200 calorie intake

    thanks for your help.

    Re: calorie intake

Let me mention a few other things that might help.  I don't know your height so I'm not sure how much weight you have to lose.  What I can say is that people who have the most weight to lose, lose the fastest -- at least in the beginning and then it tapers off to a slower rate.

Also alli is not meant to be a quick weight loss program.  It's to help people lose 50% more weight than just diet alone, and learn healthier lifestyle patterns so when goal weight is reached there's a greater chance it will be maintained.  Rapid weight loss is often followed by weight gain, and frequently with a few extra pounds on top.

Keep me posted after you connect with Technical Assistance and let me know if you need anything else.

    Pat
