can you eat too little fat?

I just started taking alli today.  My breakfast only had 2.5 grams of fat. My lunch was 10 grams of fat. Am I going too low fat?  I want to maximize my results.  What's the best way to do so?

    Thanks.

Re: can you eat too little fat?

    Hi,

You get optimal results with alli when following a well balanced diet where 30% of the calories come from fat which is about 15 grams of fat per meal. The fat that is being blocked equals calories blocked.

If you are going too low in the fat, you are blocking minimal calories.  Also this signals that your calories are not balanced between protein, carbohydrate and fat. It is easy to increase fat grams with the addition of healthy fats as with a few nuts, avacadoes, spoonful of oil.

By registering your product and joining the myalliplan you will be given daily menus and menu planning tips that will help you maximize your results and use of this product.

    Hope this helps.
