    Week 4 (1 month)

     Hello, Alli family. I haven't been up here to post in 2 weeks now but now that this is my full month. I want to let you all know exactly what Alli has done for me. Alli has given me the will to eat more healthy, lose weight and feel great. Starting Alli, I was at 210pds, I now am at 195.5. I feel satisfied with my weightloss within a month. I hope I have more great results in the next months to come. To all, Alli family keep up the good work and good luck in achieving all goals that you have set. Remember you can do it!

    Congratulations first of all!!  Just curious... are you following the recipes word for word or are you doing your own food but staying within the guidelines.  I'm on week 2 and haven't lost anything.  I've never gone over my calorie or fat intake so I'm kind of bummed!! Next week I think I'll follow the exact food plan just to see. Thanks!

    Since starting Alli I never used the recipes that were given. I always stayed withing the guidelines. I made sure I had my vegetables for dinner and sometimes for lunch which consisted of a salad (spinach leaves).  It was a big challenge for me, being that I never really ate vegetables as I should have, but after 2 weeks on Alli, it was nonthing.  I also cut out pasta. I now only eat wheat bread twice a week. Just make sure you eat your green vegetables and drink plenty of water. With water, I actually buy the Walmart (Sam's Choice) water which is 20oz per bottle and my goal is to drink 5 bottles within the day, I have to do that because I want drink anything, Im use to being dehydrated, im never thirsty.  Also, try to add in about 45 minutes to an hour of cardio at least 3 times a week or walking in place. Trust me it helps, this is what works for me.  Good Luck to you!
