Yes, you can. What's important - very important - is that you follow the recommended calories and fat that you'll get when you register at myalliplan.
Most likely you'll need to add something to the SF shakes and, if you plan to use the snack bars be careful about the fat they contain. Here's what I mean: add some whole grain toast and peanut butter to a breakfast shake; or a salad with LF or regular dressing + some fruit to a lunch to get you where you need to be.
Try to keep your snacks to 2 - 3 grams of fat. Too much fat at a snack (especially if it's close to a meal) can contribute to TE's. If you check the labels of the SF and other foods you'll be fine!
For your Nutrition Log, if any of the SF items don't come up you can use the "define food" icon at the bottom of the page and enter the nutrition information -- it will be permanently saved as part of your file.
