Let me ask you a few questions:
You are 65 years old, 5' 1/2" tall and currently weight 120 pounds? How many pounds are you trying to lose? Your weight seems to be perfect for your height and age. Are you looking just for a vegetarian/vegan menu to maintain your weight?
In the meantime I will recommend visiting the following vegetarian website:

Visit the American Dietetic Association website for information on vegetarian menu planning - their vegetarian practice group is great and you can also find a dietitian in your area who may be able to provide a more detail vegan/vegetarian menu that meats the alli recommendations, if needed.
Also, go to the vegetarian support group in this message board under "my experience" forum. You will find a great number of vegetarians and vegans consuming alli.
