Thanks so much for the encouragement! I have been working extra hard to stay on track and today, I planned ahead and had a cupcake (my son's birthday). But I did a bunch of laps today, played the DDR for about 1/2 hour and also did some walking. Tomorrow is my 3rd weigh in. I lost 4.5 the 1st week and 2 the 2nd week. I am hoping to see a loss but I feel better just in general.
My husband's diet has changed mainly because he makes meals I can eat (for all of us) - which is really really nice ... but without trying he announced that he dropped ten pounds. I am happy for him - and us all, but oh so irritated that I have been exercising my butt off and he just made the diet change... I guess that is the way it goes. I shouldn't be annoyed, but I am a little...
Well, I am just going to stick with it because it is working. My mom keeps telling me - and she is telling her friends - "You should see my daughter - she is losing weight and she is looking great!"
I am falling out of my bathing suit however with 4 weeks of summer left. I may be forced to go buy a new bathing suit...
