I've tried to download a couple of files that you have in .pdf format. I have Adobe Reader on my computer but when I bring up your file to download, all I get is an icon in the upper right of the page. I redeemed my "reward" which was a recipe card but it was in this format and I couldn't get it preview correctly for printing. What should I do, if anything??
