    Every night around 10 p.m.

     I started the alli program recently,  For the life of me I can't figure out that every night around 10 ish I am really hungrey.  So I even started eating dinner later.  It doesn't seem to be working.  I know that with work schedule all over the place I don't always get in everything I need.  But it even happens on the days that I got everything I needed.  Please help  I need sugguestion.

     Hi Cheryl-

    What I normally do is make a shake in the blender.  I use 1 cup of skim milk, handful of ice cubes, 1 whole banana and a few straberries.  Blend it all together and wha-la, a yummy, healthy drink to hold you over.  There are many variations to this as well such as adding yogurt.  If you have a Shaws supermarket near by, they also sell these smoothie packets (near the bananas) that you can add in for extra flavor.  Hope this helps with the cravings. =)  -Mel

     One suggestion is to save 100 or so calories for that time of day, and eat one of those perfectly delightful 100-calorie packs of something.  Plenty to choose from there, whether you have a sweet tooth, a salty tooth, a crunchy tooth, whatever.  I know "they" say it's good to go to bed hungry, but it can drive you crazy having a gnawing stomach, so I say eat something if you want to.  Those 100-calorie packs are enought to take the edge off and the craving away.  Good luck.

     save a few calories at the end of the day for a bowl of cereal..(a low sugar one)   its filling and lo fat.. put a few ounces of skim milk and maybe a few berries..   150 cals 0 to 1 f/g .also.. a non fat vanilla yogurt parfait (with mixed berries) is delishious!! and around 110 cals 0/fg

    i suppose you tried drinking a couple glasses of water..sometimes that works..

     Im just getting out of work about that time,and i save one of my snacks for that time.Also good air popped popcorn and i sprinkle a little parmesaen cheese on it.

    Plus the 100 calorie packs or an oatmeal packet with some  added raisans in it.
