Nice to hear from you!! It's great to hear that you're on your way to recovery and that you're weight is stable! You sound like you're in good spirits.
Continue to work hard through your PT, stay positive and allow your body to heal completely! The exercise you're doing now is ample to keep your heart healthy, so concentrate on whatever it is you need to do for a full recovery. Once you're hip is strong, you can return to exercising more frequently, with more intensity and for longer periods of time.
