Cardio- 1 point... This morning my mile averaged 15.6 minutes (I walked 2-1/2 miles before work)... does that count as a 15 minute mile Carol Joy? Huh huh huh??? Even if it doesn't, I've really improved my time. When I first started, it took me over 20 minutes to walk a mile!
Weights- 0 points. I gotta get better with this. My workouts with free weights were just BORING and I wasn't sure I was doing anything right, so I didn't know what the benefit would be. I sent for a Joyce Vedral book a few weeks ago and it STILL hasn't come. Does anyone here do any of her workouts? This one says you can work out your whole body with no equipment other than 3lb weights... I can't weight until I get it!
Calorie/ fat targets- 1 point. I lost 2 more pounds this week and am officially no longer obese! I don't know what kicked in as I'd only been maintaining for the longest time, but whatever it is, I hope it stays with me. Alli changed me to the Next Phase last week, and I restarted and changed my info back to the original numbers, but it still cheated me out of this week's check-in... hopefully there will be even more of a loss to log next week!
Brittany- I love Monday mornings when all my friends are going back to work! My only gripe is that I don't get another holiday day when we have a Monday holiday... I think I may talk to my boss about that!
