    highest weight all time 197 size 20 12/26/07 alli start weight 187 size 18        6/22/09  GOAL weight 135 size 8 .  current weight 7/6/09  -134..Every journey starts with the first step.. after that it is one foot in front of the other.. Kathy

    Had a gret trip... son is in arkansas  and hubby and I went to the lake to all inclusive cabin with jacuzzi and meals included ...no tv had a great time relaxing.........

     Tuesday August 19

    Cardio- 1 point

    Weights- 0 points

    Calorie/ fat targets- 0 points... Not sure because I ate out and couldn't really count what I ate... it was all healthy food, I didn't overeat, and my fats were GOOD fats, but I'm guessing both my calories and fats were a little high... I've been doing great with weight loss in this challenge, so I'm back to being more careful today.

    Cardio: 5-minute sprint on treadmill; 30 minutes excercise bike; 15 minutes elliptical=50 minutes total

    Cardio: 10-minutes swimming laps; 30 minutes intervals on treadmill; 1 hour step class

    Weights: Some weights incorporated into step class

    Nutrition: On target

    The last week has been weird and not good for my weight loss.  Despite work-related travel, today felt like a back-in-the-swing of it good day.
