Even though I walked 5 miles Saturday, Sunday AND Monday, and stayed within my calorie/ fat targets all but one day, I'm still up a pound from last week... grrrrrrr. I'm right around 160 (162 now actually) and this always seems to be when I get stuck and yoyo,,, when I'm anxious to get down into the next lower 10 pound category. My mini goal I'd set for myself was 159 before September 1... wish me luck, because I honestly think I'm doing my part!
