    Hi Guys-

    Looks like everyone had a really good week. I think I did okay for vacation. I did a lot of walking and some swimming. Almost nothing where I was up to my target heart rate for any amount of time though and definitely no weights. I think I went over most days on nutrition, but not above my maintenance calories which was really what I was aiming for.

     The last week has been weird and not good for my weight loss and yesterday was no better.  Thankfully, today is better both for nutrition and workout (got to the gym bright and early ... to make sure it was going to happen today).  It's too early to post for today so I'll do that later.

    Where is Carol Joy?  We miss you!

    Hey ladies! Back from vacation. Didn't loose any over the week, but I didn't gain any either - should be grateful for small favors!

    Anyway, did pretty good sticking to the correct foods, got lots of walking in and did okay.

    Jayney and Kari, welcome back from vacation. It's nice to have you with us again!

     Melissa, good luck with your interview. Is second interview the final cut? Will you know soon if you get the job?

    Even though I walked 5 miles Saturday, Sunday AND Monday, and stayed within my calorie/ fat targets all but one day, I'm still up a pound from last week... grrrrrrr. I'm right around 160 (162 now actually) and this always seems to be when I get stuck and yoyo,,, when I'm anxious to get down into the next lower 10 pound category. My mini goal I'd set for myself was 159 before September 1... wish me luck, because I honestly think I'm doing my part!
