Jayne, As I recall, you started on your weight loss a few months ago. Like Kari, you made really fabulous progress. You should feel really good about it ... it's so much healthier without the weight.
Kathy - I never tried a stair-stepper. What is the best way to start? A few minutes at a time? Are there any settings to be concerned about? I'd like to try it but I don't want to look completely stupid in the gym when I attempt it!
