cheri465:
I have a question: If the pills affect you when you reach 15 grams of fat. Then why do I need to eat 19 grams of fat per meal. I can't deal with treatment effects when I am at work. I have no time for it. So I haven't taken them yet, because I am scared to do so. I work at a resturart and durning the lunch and dinner rush I can't just run to the bathroom. Please advise
Cheryl
The alli meal plans are based on 30% total calories from fat. Fifteen grams is the average amount of fat in the four levels. In your case 19 grams per meal is 30% of your total recommended intake of 1,800 calories.
