How do I know if Alli is working if I don't have treatment effects?

I eat a lot of oily foods, and I take Alli just to cut down on calories for several months now.  I don't see any oil in the toilet or have oily stools, even though I should based on the medicine description.

Is Alli doing its job?  If so, where's the excess oil?

Hello. To answer your main question - you know alli is working because you are losing weight. In order to lose weight, you have to follow a reduced calorie diet. To lose weight, you do the work, alli helps!

Whether you actually see the oil in the toilet depends on many factors like how much fat you are eating, how much fiber and other material is in your stool, and even what kinds of fat you are eating.

    Hope this helps!
