    Handling Lunch during an Interview

I have an interview on 8/12. The intervew is scheduled to include a meal (lunch). I don't think I will have control over what is served as the meal will be at the facility. I have lost over 30 lbs in about 7 weeks and don't want a set back.

I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has dealt with a similar issue.

    Thanks,

    Larry

     Hi Larry

Just to be safe, I'd skip taking Alli for that lunch.  We all pretty much know good foods and bad foods, so if dont  have a choice, and its high in fat and calories, maybe eat half of it.  Its just one meal, so you have a healthy dinner later.

    Good luck with your interview

    Hi Tnvol1981,

I see that you got some great advice on what to do. I wanted to add that it's important that you stay focused on how much fat you consume 24 to 72 hours prior to your meeting to avoid any treatment effects. Try not to eat out or consume any meals that you won't be able to determine the amount of fat that is in the meal.

    Good luck,

    Betty Kovacs, MS, RD
