    I posted a question to this thread about a problem I'm experiencing and I haven't seen the question posted yet, so there is no answer either.

    How long do we wait for our question to be posted and then an answer.

    The typical answer time is 24 hours, but there are instances when answers from moderators may take up to 48 hours.

     Ok thanks, I'm still trying to get my problem resolved.

    If you are able to take a screen shot, please take one of what the 'my progress' area looks like when you try to go to these other tabs and attach it in a reply. Or, you can also call the customer service line at 1-877-4myalli (469-2554) M-F, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET (English/Spanish) and they do this as well.
