Hi!
I started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred program today. Basically it is a short warm up then three 6 minute circuits ( each is 3 min strength, 2 min cardio, 1 min abs) then a short cool down. SO its like a 35 minute work out. But boy is it toguh (for me anyway). Jumping jacks, squats, crunches, etc. I could not do it without resting.
My question is.. is 25 minutes total enough when you are literally sweating your head off for the entire 25 minutes?
Also, is that small amount of actually use of hand weights enough or should I supplement?
