    Exercising

    What about exercising? If I done the ones that they show on my activity plan, I would have to check what I was to do next after I completed one. I like to walk, so I've added a faster pace as well as a incline to my daily walking. I figure that as long as I've increase my activity, I would be ok. Can someone tell me?

    Hi, i've been walking for the last two weeks, twice a day, but for only 15 to 20 minutes each time, started the ali friday, and seems the walking is getting some results, so i will see how the ali does with the walking. omccoy, oh yeah, how are you all taking the ali , before the meal, with the meal , after the meal, just wondering. omccoy
