     Prior to going on the diet, I took flaxseed oil capsules and Omega 3 capsules.  Can I take these capsules while taking Alli?

    Hi deswe,

    You may continue to take flaxseed oil and omega 3 supplements, but it is necessary to space them at least 2 hours apart from an alli dose to ensure their complete absorption since they are oil based.
