I would like to say that I just love Wii Fit. We've had it for about a month, but didn't start using it until this past Sunday. After the first three days of using it, and not having a "real" diet, I lost 3lbs. doing the Wii Fit for an average of 30 minutes, rotating through all the different catagories (I love the Hula Hoop balance games, and the skiing balance games), last night I played for over an hour. I was greatly disappointed in myself because my weight went up .2lbs. I then remembered that I had gotten Alli before we moved, so I went and found it in one of our boxes and have begun taking it today. I am looking forward to seeing results from Alli, Wii Fit, and the help of a more balanced/healthy diet.
I also am looking forward to sharing with anonymous people, and giving/recieving encouragement from you all.
