    Protien Shakes

     I like to have a protien shake sometimes and load it up with fruit, flaxseed, greens, and a good quality powder. I usually do mid day and eat regular low cal meals. I am having to look at getting enough fat because I have been afraid of the dreaded TE. So far things are going well and I am losing about two or three pounds a week. A little hair loss. My clothes are so much more comfortable. I really like Alli.

                  If anyone has wisdom on the shake thing I would really appreciate it. Thanks and good luck!

    Hi Pattilc,

    Congratulations on the success that you are having. Your shake sounds like a good addition to your diet. What exactly would you like advice on with this?
