I like to have a protien shake sometimes and load it up with fruit, flaxseed, greens, and a good quality powder. I usually do mid day and eat regular low cal meals. I am having to look at getting enough fat because I have been afraid of the dreaded TE. So far things are going well and I am losing about two or three pounds a week. A little hair loss. My clothes are so much more comfortable. I really like Alli.
