I have been off the plan for a couple of months, but I'm back now. (8 pounds heavier).
My problems remain the same. I want to lose weight and feel better, but I have no willpower. I wake up every morning thinking "this
is the day. No more junk food. More exercise." I do great until about 3:00 pm. Then I get the munchies. I have a little snack, then a
another, then another. By the time I'm done, I've eaten just as bad as ever.
The same with exercise. After working all day, coming home, fixing dinner, bathing kids, cleaning house, I'm too tired and it's too
late to exercise.
I don't mean to whine. I just don't know how to fix it. I keep waiting for my "ah-ha" moment to come. ... Maybe tomorrow....
