Hi, I have been taking Equate Women's One Daily w/Calcium, Iron & Zinc (it says compare to One A Day). Ingredients are: Vitamins A, C, D, E, K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Chromium. Each of these are also listed in Centrum vitamins (it has more listed than this vitamin). There is no caffeine in the vitamin. (I know to avoid it for sure). There aren't any herbal products mixed into it either. I was taking it as soon as I got up in the morning....with the hopes that any affect would be worn off by bedtime. I don't take an Alli pill until lunchtime (my breakfast has only 3.5 grams of fat).
I never consume caffeine in the evening - or anything with much sugar either. I don't drink alcohol. I do walk, but early in the day.
I will try taking the vitamin just before bedtime. I hadn't thought of that. But I will be sure it is at least two hours after taking an Alli pill. (I usually eat dinner by 6:00 pm anyhow - which is when I take the Alli pill - and bedtime is 10:30.)
I'll let you know how it's going early next week. The weekend is a great time to give this a try - at least I can take a nap during the day if it does happen again during the weekend! (Crossing my fingers that it won't though!)
Thanks! :)
