I wonder the best ways to remove stains, I have tried regular washing and Shout, and still have some stains. Any help?

 I haven't had a problem with the stains with just regular washing, they come out, but the best thing you can do is wear a pad when you know you've gone over your fat grams.  Good luck!

 Oxy Clean works on just about anything, even whites.  Go ahead and do the search though if you have a sense of humor.  Lots of very funny TE stain removal tips out there which are helpful and will also give you a much needed giggle.

 try soaking in degreaser dish detergent! Works great! I got that advice from other Alli members!
