ff potato chips w/ Olestra?

    ff potato chips w/ Olestra?

     If I have a meal with fat free potato chips w/Olestra do I need to take an Alli?  Isn't olestra the same as Alli? HMMMMM?

     No, Alli is ORLISTAT, not Olestra.

    FF chips are great! Just don't eat half the bag, LOL! *smiles*

    There should be fat in the other items in that meal, and they should add up to the recommended amount of fat for your level.  Olestra and alli are very different compounds.  In addition, the manufacturers of olestra (Procter & Gamble) claim that it has been reformulated so it no longer has the side effects it did when it was first introduced.  You can check their website for more info on that.
