When I click on a step, the page just refreshes. I am not able to read the detail about any of the steps.
I have pop up blocker turned off.

From where are you accessing the steps? If you go to "my steps" from the left-hand menu, you should be able to view all of your past steps.
Yes, that is where I am going. It takes me to a page with the steps on it. There is a little paragraph about the step. Then therer is a link that says "view step". That's where the page just refreshes. I do not get to read the entire content of the step. Surely there is more to each step than that tiny introductory paragraph?
On the right-hand side there should be links that take you to each step. Can you access your steps from here?
No. I keep getting the same page with just the brief description of the steps.
Did you recently restart your myalliplan account? It looks like you are currently on Step 2, which would explain why you are not able to view the other steps.

I cant read any of them in the entirety!
When I click on VIEW STEP the only thing that happens is the same index page refreshes. I can see NO details whatosever!
That is odd. I've tested it on several accounts and have been able to pull up the entire step. Have you tried deleting your temporary internet files? Also, what browser are you using (IE, Firefox, Safari...)?
