    Alli, will you create a September Physical challenge for us?

     Moderator, there are alot of us who like having a  physical challenge each month. Will  Alli create one for September?

    Hi Sunny1girl, 

    Thanks for writing.  I'm thrilled to hear that you, as well as other alli customers like to be challenged! Alli tries to provide everyone with as many tools as possible for short-term and long-term success.  The alli community boards promote support, encouragement, and access to specialist to get any and all of your health and wellness questions answered.  The other programs available to you help you with eating and exercise plans, places to log and keep track of your exercise, etc.  That said, the people at alli truly want you to reach your fitness goals and do their best to see that you do!

    Creating a physical challenge would certainly be a great addition to the program, and I will pass along the request.

    Hi Sunny1girl, 

    Thanks for writing.  Yes, I do love to exercise and it is a very important part of my life.  I enjoy all different types of exercise, from biking, to lifting weights and boot camp.  I believe in incorporating a variety of exercise to stay motivated, challenged and to really keep your body changing!  

    Strength training is crucial to the long-term success of any weight loss program and is the key to really seeing those inches come off!
