Hello. 3 days of treatment effects is unlikely - unless you were continuously eating fatty foods and going above your fat limit. If you were taking alli for 2 weeks prior and did not have any treatment effects, it seems even less likely that your symptoms can be related to alli, plus you say you do not see oil in the toilet. Treatment effects from too much fat and alli are not really diarrhea - while you may have loose stool, it is usually oily - not watery like "traditional" diarrhea.
Is it possible you caught a stomach bug of some kind? Anyone else around you sick? Do you have any other symptoms? Are you able to eat/ drink normally?
If it persists, I would suggest talking to your doctor. And whil alli is not contraindicated with leptopril, since leptopril is a supplement and not FDA-approved there really are no studies to justify its efficacy or dafety, and as a pharmacist I do not recommend people spend their money on those kinds of gimmicks. Just my opinion of course!
Hope this helps!
